The Successful Co-op PV Experience. Mcgowan convinced his 69 unit Sun Gardens Co-op to install a 50 kw Solar PV system with submetering and enrollment in NYSERDA’s Multi Family Performance Program. Mcgowan is an artist who has lived to tell the tale.
