We are looking forward to completing our Bright ‘n Green PowerWise Systems dashboard soon.

What’s that?
It’s realtime data giving each resident a constant reading from your phone or home on usage of electricity and water consumption of your apartment, as well as the building on a whole.

OK, so what?  Well, the report will go on to tell the people how much of the water used was actually recycled within the building, and how much of the electricity was produced by the building itself – the goal being Net Zero on electricity and minimizing water from the city system.

Still, “meh …”?
Ok.  Think of it like this …

You’re taking a short break at work, you bring up the Power Wise report for Bright ‘n Green – you see, in realtime, up-to-the-minute, by the day, week, month etc.:

• How many trees have been saved by your apartment’s sustainability and that of the building ..
  
• How many tons of CO2 were not dumped into the atmosphere …
• How much money you have been saving due to the building producing its own power!

Now how about that!? You are in the solution in a quantifiable way! And, no other building is achieving the levels of efficiency that Bright ‘n Green is. You ARE number 1 … well, you and your 5 neighbors (we’re not suggesting you compete*)!

Now you feel pretty cool, don’t you?
