Head over to Queens this Summer for their Sustainable Architecture for Kids programs and the National Grid Energy Fair!
We’re hosting our last tour of the season in honor of graduates of Pratt’s Sustainable Building, Infrastructure Design & Management Program. Architect Robert Scarano, Tony Gelber – Director of Administrative Sustainability at Pratt Institute, and graduates will tour and discuss Bright ‘n Green, the direction of the “Green” Industry, how to increase demand for green design services, and what standards are clients willing to follow, amongst other things. We invite the public to join in as well!
On 10/29 the Bright ‘n Green project team will join the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, the Brighton Neighborhood Association, Inc, the New York Solar Energy Society (NYSES), members of the New York State Assembly, and more, in a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Come celebrate with us the completion of Bright ‘n Green!
